    Riesling Cuvée Theo

    Riesling Cuvée Théo is named after Théo Faller, who managed Domaine Weinbach until his death in 1979. The wine is made by selecting the best grapes of the vintage from the Clos des Capucins vineyard, as well as from young vines from the Schlossberg Grand Cru vineyard. The straw golden wine offers an intense mineral aroma with a fine, slightly chalky flavour with hints of citrus. The aftertaste is fresh and dry. A lesson in elegance!

Lush and salty-piquant on the palate, this is a round, fresh and pure, crystalline Riesling with remarkable intensity and hidden power and a finely bitter and saline finish. Still young, this 2019 will refine with bottle age. 13.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork.
