Savagnin sous Voile Arbois
This cuvée is made from grapes from Arbois and Montigny-lès-Arsures. The soils are very diverse with multi-colored marls, fallen limestone (éboulis calcaires) over grey marls and marly limestone.
The grapes are lightly crushed before pressing and fermentation takes place in foudres. One third of the must macerates with the skins for one night before pressing.
