2021 Gewürztraminer Les Treilles du Loup Domaine Weinbach

From about 50-year-old vines in Kaysersberg, between Clos des Capucins and Villagen, the grapes are handpicked and then undergo a strict selection in the cellar. The soil consists of sand and granite, which with its optimal drainage contributes to an aromatic, mineral and concentrated wine. The wine is both organically and biodynamically certified. Whole cluster fermentation and wild yeast are used to increase the complexity of the wine. The wine offers a wide range of white tea, roses and a hint of pepper. Can easily be stored away for a handful of years if desired.
