    The wine has a medium golden colour, an engaging bouquet with hints of quince and fresh peaches and apple juice.The flavour is full-bodied with ripe fruit and a vibrant fruit acidity with hints of pineapple and some salty minerals.

    Chardonnay with Welschriesling. No oak. The 2016 had RS of 84 g/l, TA of 7.1 g/l and alcohol of 11% (no stats available for the 2017 but I know that Gerhard Kracher is very pleased with the 2017 vintage). Pale gold. Intense, confident and refreshing nose and very punchy palate with some spiced apple character. Really accessible and full of appeal. Neat finish. Not the most complex sweet wine but an exuberant joy. 12% Drink 2018-2021 .
