Julius Zero Blanc is made from organically grown Scheurebe and Rivaner grapes from cool parcels in Rheinhessen. Harvested early in the morning just before they reach optimal ripeness to ensure maximum freshness in the wine. The de-alcoholization process takes place under vacuum at a temperature below 30°C, thereby preserving the natural aromas of the wine. It is a very gentle process that is state of the art for the production of non-alcoholic wine.
