Benuara
Cusumano Benuara is made from Nero d'Avola and Syrah. This combination is naturally not found in many places in the world, as Nero d'Avola is almost exclusively native to Sicily. Nevertheless, it's an obvious combination, pairing the warm, almost burnt flavours of Nero d'Avola with the spicy elegance of Syrah. The grapes are hand-harvested and yields are minimised to 6000 kg of grapes per hectare to ensure quality.
